Meet the Founder

Founder and Principal

Riju Parakh is a cybersecurity and resilience leader with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations prepare for disruption. Before founding Endura Resilience, she held leadership and consulting roles at EY and KPMG, where she advised clients across cybersecurity, operational resilience, business continuity, disaster recovery, crisis management, identity management, and cyber governance. Her experience includes building enterprise resilience programs, advising executive leadership, and running tabletop exercises that test how organizations make decisions and respond under pressure.

Riju founded Endura Resilience in response to a fundamental shift in how businesses operate. As organizations increasingly rely on SaaS platforms, third-party providers, and AI-enabled capabilities, new dependencies are being introduced into critical business processes — creating new questions around availability, continuity, and recovery. What happens when a critical platform goes down because an AI-enabled feature behind it fails? When an AI-powered fraud detection system misfires and locks out legitimate transactions? When a customer service chatbot becomes unavailable during a high-volume period, or an AI-driven decision changes the way a critical process operates without anyone noticing until it's too late?

Endura Resilience helps organizations identify these emerging dependencies, understand their potential business impact, and build practical resilience around the capabilities they increasingly depend on.

Our Differentiators

  • We connect cyber risk to business impact

Cybersecurity doesn't exist in isolation. We connect cyber and operational risk to business impact, so leaders understand what could affect critical operations and where to focus first.

  • We operate above tools and vendors

We don't sell security products or push technology solutions. We help leaders understand where technology, vendors, and controls matter — and where they may introduce additional dependencies or risk.

  • We bring executive-level experience to the table

We understand the decisions leaders face when something goes wrong. Our experience includes working with executive teams and running tabletop exercises that test decision-making, escalation, communication, and response under pressure.

  • We treat resilience as ongoing, not a one-time project

Risks and priorities shift as dependencies, technologies, and threats change. We help leaders focus on what matters most today — and adapt as that changes — so readiness holds up over time, not just on paper.
